- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer custom solutions depending on the property or problems to be resolved, we are in the medium range of price with extremely high quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First over the phone we get a general idea of the way we can help the customer, we schedule a visit to confirm the pest and the areas, we provide a free estimate, if approved we normally get started immediately or schedule the service for a convenient time for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The General Manager/Operator has Environmental Engineering and Chemistry Degree, extensive experience on Environmental Safety and over 10 years experience on field applications for industrial, commercial and residential customers of all sizes. All technicians have more than 10 years of individual experience and receive continuous training per state requirements.
