American Home Renewal installed James Hardie Siding, new gutters and gutter guard, insulation and new front doors on my 50 year old home in 2017. The materials used were all high quality. The workmen were very professional. The work was done in a timely fashion. I had a very personable salesman that worked with me throughout the process. I am quite pleased with the finished product. I’ve used this company more than once to buy Milgard windows, retrofitted in one home and new construction in another. They offer a lifetime warranty on their installation and Milgard offers the same on the actual windows. Between the two, I feel fortunate to have chosen AHR. They took care of any problems that arose and backed me up with Milgard and every little thing turned out fine. I would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. I have referred friends and neighbors to them with confidence.

Before going with American Home Renewal for our siding replacement project, I got bids from 2 other contractors. American Home Renewal was by far the most responsive, best price and knowledgeable about product/installation requirements for Hardee siding. They had all kinds of specific protocols and standards for working with the material that assured me they really knew what they were doing when it came to doing the job. The end result was spectacular! Their installation team was incredibly courteous, professional and punctual. I can't say enough great things about our experience of working with American Home Renewal. Go ahead and get other bids from other contractors. Be sure and ask them about their experience working with the specific product they're recommending for the job. Compare that information to American Home Renewal. I doubt they can be beat when it comes to value, price and professionalism.

AHR helped us with a garage conversion, replacing the garage door with an 8' slider, and turning a window into a door. Also replaced an old window and door. I was very happy with their work, and got the job wrapped up on time, even with a couple of wrinkles (found dry rot, etc.). Sales was very patient with us, and the crew really went the extra mile to bring it all together. The finished work ended up exactly as we expected (or better).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept credit cards but in all honesty we charge a 2.5%+ surcharge or more since that's what it costs us. Best pricing for cash/check!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jobsite estimate and presentation. Back to office to prepare proposal. Proposal usually sent within a couple days (job dependent)
