They did a big window and replacement job for us about eight years ago (about 43 windows and 5 doors). It was not an inexpensive or simple project but it still looks great all these years later and hope these guys are doing well. I do see their trucks go by from time to time in the neighborhood so I assume all is well.

I've worked with AHR twice. The first time was installing fiber cement siding. and the experience was phenomenal. On time, on budget, very high quality. The second time was replacing windows. Again on time, on budget, very professional, but with a few hiccups. One window didn't have a lock it was supposed to, and a couple of windows I think were a bit large for the window frame, which indicates a small error in measuring. But it's livablel and I would absolutely work with AMR again. Their process for getting a quote is absolutely painless and pressure free, and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need.

We accept credit cards but in all honesty we charge a 2.5%+ surcharge or more since that's what it costs us. Best pricing for cash/check!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jobsite estimate and presentation. Back to office to prepare proposal. Proposal usually sent within a couple days (job dependent)
