FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I enjoy working with clients who understand that fitness is a journey, not a seasonal thing. I discount my single session rate for clients who commit to training programs of at least one month. My pricing includes not only in-person training, but also nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching for maximum results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know what my client's goal is and why they want to reach that goal. I want to work with clients who know what they want and have a "do whatever it takes" attitude. Trust the process and work hard! We love results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have danced and played sports growing up, and my fitness journey officially started when I hired my first trainer. I decided to compete in bodybuilding and powerlifting. After working with my trainer, I felt grateful, empowered, and inspired to help others as well. I have worked at Crunch, Equinox, PowerPlay SF, and Facebook. My certifications include NASM, NCSF, TRX, p90x Live!, Trigger Point, FMS. In addition to fitness training, I studied UX Design. Just like personal training, designers need to understand the users in order to create solutions that will help the users reach their end goal.
