Introduction

I've been in the personal training business for 7 years, and been working out for 14 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who is extremely passionate about health and fitness and always have been. I specialize in Muscle Building Training , Weight Loss and Nutrition Coaching. For convenience, I also have my own training equipment which I take with me to train my clients homes or park areas. I can guide you to your goals but ultimately we will get there together. I believe in doing what you love and don't stop until you find happiness in what you do.

I was a little late to the game in getting serious about being in shape and joined a local gym at the age of 64. I knew I would need some direction and I don't think I could have ended up with a better trainer than Jordon. He has been the 'game changer' for me over the past 3 months as I have shed pounds, gained strength and am now highly motivated to stay on this road to maintaining better health. I instantly bonded with Jordon and have found him to be extremely supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable and would even be proud to consider him a friend. I will admit there are days that various parts of my body are not fond of him, but in my heart, I know he's one of the best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70 for an hour session, bring an extra person = $63 for each of you. A 5 pack = 5% discount, 10 = 10% discount, 20 pack = 15% discount .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start off by getting to know my client ie. their strengths , weaknesses, if they have any injuries , target areas of concern they want to work on. I specialize in Muscle Building , weightloss and strength training
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist and am also a CPR and AED certified
