I met Josh while looking for remediation services for my rental property. Being not too knowledgeable in this area, Josh was patient in explaining what was needed and did not try to upsell my on any unnecessary services. His crew also went above and beyond, coming in at very early hours in order to accommodate other work that had to be done at the property. Highly recommend!
