- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts to seniors and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about their project over the phone, and when I arrive at the job site, I asses their needs, and give them an estimate of how much the project is going to cost, and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my apprenticeship program in East Los Angeles Occupational Center back in 1997, I worked 5yrs for an emergency electrical service company named citywide electric, and then I became licensed and went on my own.
