- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on your home's size, the specific services you choose, and whether it's your first time using our services or on a recurring plan. Our flat-rate pricing covers all rooms and spaces within reach, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas. You can also customize your cleaning service with add-ons. Please note, we do not offer hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a customized quote based on your home's size and the services you want. Once you approve the quote, we'll schedule your first cleaning at a time that suits you. For all new and first-time services, you or someone you designate must be physically present to meet with the crew at the start of the service to walkthrough and again at the end of the service to sign off. This approach ensures clear communication and satisfaction from the outset.

At Dynamic House Cleaning, we hire people who are honest and committed to doing excellent work. Our team is made up of experienced professionals, with a median tenure of 8 years, and our longest-serving employee has been with us for nearly 30 years. This stability allows us to provide top-quality service to our clients. Every new team member completes 30 days of hands-on training, where they learn about our cleaning products, techniques, efficiency, and attention to detail. This thorough training ensures that all our team members are well-prepared to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
