  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once you reach out to us, we'll schedule a 30 minute call to talk further about your priorities and pain points. With these in mind we'll send a proposal. Once we're mutually happy with the proposal, we'll formalize it in the form of a contract and begin onboarding. Onboarding starts with a kickoff call to introduce you and your team to the CPA, Strategist, and Bookkeeper that will be handling your accounts. Together we'll set the monthly close schedule (the schedule for updating your books), then our team will get to work tidying up any historical data and organizing your books going forward.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    You didn't start your business because it was easy. You started it because it was worth it. Because something needed to exist in the world that didn't. So you made it. We get it. We're here to make sure you get where you're going. You know your customers. And you know it takes more than that to grow a business. You also need to have a head for finance, technical knowledge for managing product development, diplomatic skills for HR, years of legal training in compliance and contract law... or, you need to find people who do.
