We offer three core service tiers designed to grow with your business:
Kickstart — $100/month: Perfect for early-stage founders getting their books in order.
Essentials — $250/month: Full-service bookkeeping and reporting for growing businesses.
Complete — $500/month: Comprehensive accounting and financial management for scaling teams.
Most clients start with Kickstart and level up as their business grows. About half of our clients also use custom packages — tailoring the scope to fit your exact needs, adding or removing services so you’re only paying for what actually drives your business forward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an introductory call to understand your big-picture goals and the day-to-day challenges you’re facing. This helps us design a service package that’s tailored to your business.
Next, we send over a proposal outlining the scope of work (SOW). We workshop it together until it feels right — ensuring the plan meets your needs and aligns with your vision.
Finally, we hold a Kickoff call to introduce you to everyone on our team, take a deep dive into your business, and set a timeline for deliverables. From there, we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background isn’t typical for an accountant — my career began in project management and operations, fueled by a love of entrepreneurship and building startups. Early in my career, I advanced rapidly until I ran into a ceiling - my limited understanding of finances. As I do all things, I tackled accounting head-on, taking online courses at night, running the books for my own business, and eventually helping other companies do the same.
This experience evolved into a full branch of Hyperspace focused on accounting. As the owner and leader of the team, my strength lies in translating financial insights into actionable strategy. Around me I've carefully built a team of exceptional CPAs who know every nut and bolt of accounting, keeping our clients’ books accurate, up to date, and bullet proof.
