Seann responded quickly to my quote to install a bathroom vanity and faucet/drain, and we had a call scheduled the very next morning. He was able to come and do the job in just 2 days! We hired Seann to replace an exterior door that was too storm damaged to repair. We'd already bought a fiberglass door before we knew the entryway required a smaller custom-made door. Seann saved us hundreds of dollars by cutting 5" off the door and rejoining it with the sill. He also had to ground out the concrete doorway and rework all the trim and framing (in progress photos attached; note how he cleans up AND he took the old door away!) Thanks to his dedicated efforts, we'll have a water- proof and rodent-proof new door. Almost as important, Seann is friendly, easy to talk to, and great at explaining things. His skill sets, work ethic, and personality made it an easy choice to hire him for other projects we have that require carpentry, electrical and handyman work. We'd give him 6 stars if we could.
