- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, and we do offer discounts for several different situations. Please ask for details during initial call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery call to get to know each other and determine if both are a good fit for the other. If both parties agree and decide to take next steps, an onsite visit will be scheduled to learn more about the property and homeowners specific needs and goals as it relates to the rental property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Property Management company and have been operating in San Diego County for 15 years.
