FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not come up with our own pricing. We use a third party software that determines the pricinng for us. We come up with the scope of work and from there pricing gets eextracted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first try to determine if it is an emergency situation. If it is we need to perform Emeregency Mitigation Services as soon as possible to limit the damages. If it is not an emergency and they have a claim with their insurance, we will Moisture Map, visualize the damages by putting blue tape in the affected areas and come up with a scope of work for the insurance to approve. We are preferred vendors by insurance companies and they trust that we can settle the estimate at the end of the job. If it is self pay, we prefer to write a preliminary estimate after inspection so the customer can approve the work. We also typically only write the mitigation/remediation estimate first before writing any repair estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are General B licensed company plus we have IICRC Certified Training which is the governing body when it comes to performing water damage, fire damage, mold remediation and specialty cleaning work. We also spent 3 weeks of uninterrupted training in our corporate offices in Tennessee plus we have an in house chemist that can help us with protocols if it is speciality cleaning that needs his assistance
