- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest, and truly believe the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten, I am new to thumbtack and after folks see how I work, I will raise my prices, on a side note I have a great referral program, and do offer discounts to senior, folks with disabilities and veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I let them know that I provide an Outstanding Service for a Fair Fee For Service, and that I’m mostly interested in forming trusting relationships that may last 5, even 10 years
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Owned, Ran and Managed a successful Sunroom Company on the East Coast and was a Licensed General Contractor in Three Counties, (p.s. hated the weather)
