- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $55 for the diagnoses, and this amount will be waived if we get hired to service our customer's appliance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call or message our customers as soon as they book us to schedule the appointment for the service. We do our best to work with our customers to schedule the appointment time that is convenient for them. We provide our customers an estimate for the job after explaining the issue and what needs to be change and how much labor and part will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have couple years of experience and my certification for the appliance repair from college as well.
