Great experience! They cleaned pool and diagnosed the problem. They called to check to make sure I was ok to patch the filter. They temporarily fixed it and let me know if would need to be repaired in future. Honest and helpful! Thank you!

Francisco was wonderful and came to help out on the holiday weekend to clean our pool after the palm tree debris got in it. They were knowledgeable and professional. Helped explain the solution to a problem we were having and corrected the chemical levels too. Highly recommend!!!

I used Sweet Dive pool service for some time, and while they initially provided decent service, there were reliability issues. Communication became difficult, and there was a recurring billing problem where we were overcharged for several months. Although I understand that unexpected issues can arise, these ongoing problems ultimately led me to seek out a new pool service provider. I appreciate the work they did when things went smoothly, but reliability and clear communication are essential qualities that were lacking in my experience.
