Dan is an absolutely fabulous personal trainer! Each workout is personalized and well rounded. He is professional, always on time, and goes above and beyond with each workout. He gets to know his clients and pushes them to their limits in the best way. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!

Dan is incredible. He is easy to communicate with, both in terms of paying and scheduling, but also in terms of actual work outs. He is knowledgeable and the consummate professional. He is kind and fun, but always skillful and experienced. He keeps the work outs varied and changes things up constantly, without being inconsistent. I came to him completely out of shape with a variety of muscle imbalances. Dan understood my body's strengths and weaknesses almost immediately, crafted an individualized plan, and has dramatically changed the way my body feels over the last three months. I refer him to anyone I can because I feel so lucky and blessed to have found him. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. There are a lot of jokers out there who took an online course to be deemed a "personal trainer." Dan is an expert who takes pride in what he does and the services he can provide to clients. All training packages are handled on a month-to-month basis, no contracts. Session pricing varies based on how many times per week the individual trains.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the beginning, we will work to identify your goals and how to achieve these in the smartest/safest manner. Since every client is different, we will work to identify areas in which you are strongest and identify those areas that might be lacking.
