SINGLE SESSIONS (60min) - $75 STRENGTH TIER $65 per session 3-month commitment. Paid in full monthly. 1x a week, 4 sessions monthly = $260 2x a week, 8 sessions monthly = $520 — IRON TIER $58 per session, 3-month commitment. Paid in full monthly. 3x a week, 12 sessions monthly = $700
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To create a customized fitness program, it is important to have an understanding of your fitness background and any health or familial health issues you may have. Whether you are a seasoned fitness aficionado or a newcomer to the world of exercise, I am available to assist you in achieving your fitness goals. Once I have gathered this information, I will perform a mobility evaluation and devise a program that complements your fitness targets and availability. I will start you slow and work you up into a fine-tuned, strong, and healthy version of yourself.
