If you are seeking professional support to reach your fitness goals, I am here to help. Single sessions (60min) - $75. STRENGTH TIER $65 per session, 3 month commitment. Paid in full, monthly. 1x a week, 4 sessions monthly = $260 2x a week, 8 sessions monthly = $520 3x a week, 12 sessions monthly = $780

Mark has been my trainer for over 3 months now. I see him twice a week every week. My experience with Mark has been wonderful. He is encouraging and actively listens to my goals, concerns, and, most importantly, to me when it comes to my body. I have lower back issues, and having a personal trainer who is considerate of that is huge. There are days when I am physically unable to do certain exercises, and we work around that or modify things as needed. He is extremely positive and makes working out in the morning enjoyable, even on my hard days, which we all have. He pushes me to be the best version of myself and supports me and the goals I want to hit. He makes working out and nutrition feel extremely obtainable. I love working with him!

I’ve been working out for a while, on and off. However, since 2022 I have been consistently working out. I’ve done CrossFit, LA Fitness, then a bunch of group fitness classes. I was for, but I wasn’t STRONG! I wanted to be strong and couldn’t push myself enough to surpass that stage. Mark helped me get onto a program and get me there. I’m 3 months in and it’s been going great. To be honest, I was already strong to begin with, but I wanted to become stronger, and didn’t know how to get myself there. He got me there. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer who doesn’t just train for the money, but makes training fun and overall less dreading. He has years of experience and I love to learn from him. You’ll get the most out of your buck, a therapist, a friend, a mentor, and a kick*ss workout! He’s reliable, communicative, hardworking, and is well rounded from younger athletes to helping older folks. Been very impressed by his work lately!

Mark is the best! He’s helped me a lot even just in the somewhat short time we’ve been working together. He’s a great coach who really walks you through all the exercises and teaches you how to do them correctly. He’s encouraging and pushes me to be better but in such a supportive way. I’ve always felt super comfortable working with him even though I was very new to the gym and exercising like that. I also feel more comfortable in the gym now on my own after working with him. He’s very caring and genuinely wants the best for the people he works with. He also checks in and makes sure I’m good on other aspects of my life, and has helped guide me on nutrition and sleep and other things as well. I’m so happy I got to meet Mark and have him as my trainer! I’m not sure I would’ve been able to get as far as I have and get the progress I’ve made so far without him!
