Were very happy with the services we get from PMI. We had a another management company for our rental property prior to them and it was a nightmare. My condominium HOA engaged PMI Golden State to provide management services and we were not disappointed. We hold your hand through the transition. Our goal is to make everything effortless on your part. We will handle A-Z for our clients. The first step is to meet you at the property and help you develop the best strategy for maximizing your rental income. It is free of charge to obtain rental estimates and request a proposal from us.

We are a licensed brokerage firm by CA Department of Real Estate, member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), and Certified Apartment Manager® by NAA (National Apartment Assocation).
