irst Lesson & Assessment 🏊 Personalized Evaluation Whether you're a complete beginner or need a technique tune-up, we start by assessing your comfort level, fears, and current abilities. We then customize the lesson to focus on the biggest breakthroughs that will give you the fastest progress. Hands-On Instruction & Rapid Progress 💡 The Lesson We use unconventional, neuroscience-backed methods to help you learn faster than traditional classes. Our focus is on building confidence, proper breathing, floating, and efficient movement. Many clients see major improvements in just one lesson! Post-Lesson Plan & Next Steps 📈 Follow-Up & Continued Training At the end of your lesson, we’ll discuss what you achieved and what’s next. If you’re interested in continuing, we’ll outline a customized lesson plan for your goals. Some clients book a single lesson for a quick breakthrough, while others prefer multiple sessions for full mastery.

Advanced stroke mechanics expertise—helping swimmers refine form for speed, efficiency, and injury prevention. 🎓 Specialized Training in Adult Swim Instruction Unlike traditional swim instructors trained in teaching kids, we focus exclusively on adults. Extensive experience with fear-based swimmers—using neuroscience-backed methods to rewire fear responses and build confidence quickly. Knowledge of biomechanics and hydrodynamics to teach smarter, not harder.
