- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe consistency is the key to results. To encourage consistency, clients receive discounts based on frequency of training. My clients who train with me 2 or 3 times per week receive the best rates. I impose a cancellation fee for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a phone call to discuss your goals and assess our action plan. Our plan will include: frequency of training, the option to add nutrition coaching sessions, and the outside activities you can do to jumpstart your progress. Then, we'll schedule our first session.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a diverse range of people, ranging between 13 and 70 years of age. Some are marathon runners and career martial artists. Others are flight attendants, estheticians, and school teachers. All have benefited from a better relationship with food, a profound understanding of their unique nutritional requirements, improved body confidence, and increased strength, mobility, coordination, and aerobic capacity.
