About
With over 12 years of experience in the martial arts and fitness industry—and 9 years dedicated to coaching group strength, conditioning, and mobility classes—I bring a well-rounded, science-based approach to personal training and nutrition coaching. I began offering online coaching in 2020 to support my students during the pandemic when gyms across Los Angeles shut down, and that venture quickly grew into a thriving business that now includes in-person services. Today, I coach a wide range of clients, from competitive athletes to fiancés preparing for their big day, to everyday individuals working to become the healthiest versions of themselves. My philosophy is rooted in moderation—not deprivation—helping clients reach their goals without extreme diets or unrealistic workout demands. Many of my clients train just a few times per week and still enjoy their favorite foods while making meaningful progress. Stop spinning your wheels. Book a free consultation call to learn how personalized coaching can help you reach your health and fitness goals.

I hired Michelle to help improve my flexibility and mobility for martial arts. Her background in martial arts made it easy to communicate my goals. I am very pleased with the progress I’ve seen in my body since training with her and amazed at how much I’ve improved in such a short period of time. I highly recommend Michelle as a personal trainer. With her guidance, you will not only achieve but exceed your goals.

4-Month Update: Michelle Sadigh has made my weight loss journey a success in a time where I was at my wit’s end. Hitting my early mid-30s, my metabolism has slowed dramatically and I was gaining weight to no end. With Michelle’s expert guidance, I started on a calorie deficit, high-protein plan, and have lost 15+ pounds in 4 months! (Lost 20ish pounds of fat, gained 5ish pounds of muscle). Along the way, I was able to enjoy many of the snackier foods I like, but in a healthy, steady, and balanced way. Michelle’s coaching has helped me become more mindful of 1. my choices (my prior ignorant meal choices were causing me to eat 3-5K calories per day), 2. portion sizes (I realize now that I was basically binge eating before), and 3. prioritizing based on nutritional value. Michelle’s process has completely changed my relationship to food, leading to a new lifestyle where I eat better, feel better in my body, and look WAY more toned. I even have baby abs now!
When I started in July at 137lbs, my original goal was to get back to my February weight of 122lbs. As you can see by the side-by-side comparison, not only did I reach that goal, but also this 122 lbs is a VERY DIFFERENT 122lbs than before! So much less fat and more muscle now!

Michelle has made my weight loss journey a success in a time where I was at my wit’s end. With Michelle’s expert guidance, I started on a calorie deficit, high-protein plan, and have lost 10 pounds in 2 months! Along the way, I was able to enjoy many of the foods I like, but in a healthy, steady, and balanced way. Michelle’s coaching has helped me become more mindful of my choices, portion sizes, and prioritizing based on nutritional value, which is changing my relationship to food, and leading to a new lifestyle where I eat better, feel better, and look better! I may have more to go but I am confident she will help get me there.

I'm so grateful to have found Michelle as a trainer! She is patient and kind, but also no nonsense. I really appreciate her flexibility and knowledge about fitness and nutrition. As someone that has had multiple injuries and 2 abdominal surgeries, it is important for me to strengthen my body in a balanced and safe way. Michelle has definitely exceeded my expectations and has shown me that I am capable and that the body is resilient. If you're looking for a trainer, I highly recommend working with Michelle, you won't be disappointed!

Michelle’s guidance and support through my journey of self improvement was vital in my success. I started out as mildly overweight with a mission to lose body fat and put on muscle for the summer. Michelle was able to put together a workout plan that fit my schedule while also working with me to find healthy alternatives to the foods I love to eat. Naturally, there were times where I felt lazy or wanted to “cheat” on my meal plan. However, having Michelle in my corner offering her continuous support/ guidance, as well as her limitless knowledge of nutrition allowed me to attain a body that I am proud of.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here's exactly what you'll pay. No guessing games. No 'contact us for pricing.'
Personal training starts at $125 per 50-minute session, with bundles that save you up to 20% (10 sessions for $1,125, 15 for $1,593, or 20 for $2,000). Prefer consistency? The monthly subscription gets you up to 4 sessions for $425 — a 15% discount built right in.
Nutrition coaching runs $63 per 30-minute session, or start with the 8-session package for $500 to build real habits from day one. Want ongoing support without the per-session commitment? The monthly subscription covers up to 2 check-ins for $107.
Every plan starts with a free 30-minute consult — no pressure, no upsell, just a real conversation about your goals and whether we're a fit. No hidden fees, ever. What you see is what you pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 30-minute consult — no pressure, no sales pitch. I want to hear about your goals, your history, what's worked and what hasn't, and what's realistic given your schedule and life. You'll leave that call knowing exactly what a plan with me looks like.
From there, I build a program around your actual goals — not a template. If it's personal training, that means a plan tailored to your fitness level and objectives, with sessions at either my Brentwood or Sherman Oaks location. If it's nutrition coaching, we start making small, sustainable adjustments to how you're already eating instead of overhauling everything at once.
Every session after that builds on the last. I track what's working, adjust what isn't, and keep you moving toward the goal instead of guessing week to week.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've spent over 12 years in martial arts and fitness, the last 9 coaching group strength, conditioning, and mobility classes. When gyms across LA shut down in 2020, I started offering online coaching to keep my students moving and on track. What began as a stopgap turned into something bigger. Clients kept getting results, word spread, and it grew into the full personal training and nutrition coaching practice I run today, now back in person across two LA locations.
