Oren was extremely prompt in his response to my inquiry for adding a lock to our front door. He gave an estimate at a fair price and also came all the way out to our home the next day to look at our door. We ultimately decided to hold off on installing something right now, but he gave us all the information we needed to make that decision. He is polite, courteous and prompt. Good communication.
