B&O Locksmith Services did an excellent job unlocking and fixing a sliding patio door with a broken lock and even helped with installing a new door handle. Our technician, Oren, and his team responded to our service request immediately and they were very accommodating, offering to schedule the repair around our busy work schedules. Oren was extremely knowledgeable and he found a solution for a complicated repair. I highly recommend B&O Locksmith Services.

B&O came on time and was able to help install our new smart lock and even drilled out a little more of our door to ensure the lock has no malfunctions. After he was kind enough to also clean up the dust and wood shavings and stayed till we ensured there was no issues with the lock

Oren was extremely responsive. He called me right away and he was great with texting as well. Originally I got a piece of hardware that was the wrong size, Oren made great recommendations for what I should get. I took Oren’s reco and he returned promptly to install. He also made recos for future projects or additional hardware I should look into.
