I am a property manager. When a tenant moved out of my complex, she locked her keys in the unit. I noticed that the deadbolt was locked, and that my spare key could not open it. I realized that: 1) The tenant changed the deadbolt, and 2) She was the only person with access to a usable key since she would have had to lock the deadbolt behind her. Needless to say, I was not excited about a former, disgruntled tenant having a key to her old unit. Fortunately, B&O was there to bail me out. Though I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon, they met me at the property within 90 minutes. There, they replaced the deadbolt and provided me with spare keys. Even though the task was more complicated than expected - and took them two hours - they did not deviate from their original, very reasonable quote. If you need a satisfactory locksmith, contact others on Thumbtack. If you need a super locksmith, contact B&O!

Oren of B&O is the only locksmith you’ll ever need. He is honest, conscientious and reliable. His pricing is very reasonable, and he’ll do anything it takes to get the job done right. He is also a very kind person. I was in a major jam when the front door lock broke at the Airbnb I own, and Oren game to the rescue.
