My door had all sorts of issues. But Oren not only fixed my door lock which was loose, but the door was misaligned and not closing efficiently (I was bumping and pushing it in to lock the deadbolt). He was able to quickly figure out how to align the door and get things to lock so smoothly. He also has plenty of tricks up his sleeve and I learned a few new things myself!! Very pleasant person. Orin was very nice and came out to fix my lock. Unfortunately it was hard to lock the back end of the door so he came out of second time and spent quite a bit of time here. I really appreciate him doing that.
