We’re so happy we went with Adam and Gold Standard Builders for our new vinyl floors and removing popcorn ceiling. We had a time crunch and Adam started work very quickly and finished well within our time frame, even with a few changes we needed. He communicated regularly and cared about the small details that make a difference. I highly recommend Adam and his team!

I used Gold Standard Builders to renovate a bathroom and convert it to a powder room. They removed a tub and created a closet and moved the door to a different wall and installed all new fixtures and finishes. They were quick to respond, professional, and accurate. They also did an amazingly seamless job in making it look like it had always been there. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about Gold Standard Builders!!! They took my 750-square-foot town home that was falling apart and made it feel like a million dollar penthouse in around 7 weeks flat. We remodeled our kitchen and our bathroom from the ground up. It involved demo, adding a water line, adding new electrical circuits, drywall, texturing, recessed lighting, cabinets, counters, plumbing fixtures, new tub, tiling (even on the ceiling!), and SO much more. Our experience was second to none. The work — all the way from the design stage to installing the final touches — was high-quality, thoughtful, and expertly executed. Not only that, the GSB team was incredibly responsive, kind and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our pricing structure is fair and competitive. We do not pay sales commissions so we are able to be aggressive with our pricing. If you have an estimate on a similar job with the same scope of work, we will be able to meet or beat that price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and give our customer a free estimate, explain the job scope in details and follow up with a written estimate. In the estimate the work will be explained in details and we can answer any questions our customer may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this type of work for the past 15 years. Our staff has 20 plus years of experience in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, paint and more. We constantly are in tune of new trends and materials that are available.
