Adam was always quick to respond and communicated with us very well throughout the kitchen remodel. We had a great remodel experience because we hired Gold Standard Builders.

We were so pleased with the work that Gold Standard Builders did for us in the last year 2 years (kitchen, bathrooms) that we called them for a 3rd project!!. They installed recessed lighting in the living room, other lighting throughout the townhome, sliding glass door and another door, put in all new baseboards throughout the townhome, new shelving in the closets and painted the whole place!! It's so refreshing and looks great! Once again, Adam was responsive and attentive with communication and scheduling! The crew is professional and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Gold Standard Builders for any work.

I hired Adam and his team over 5 years ago for an addition for my parents house. They were professional and it turned out great. I didn't hesitate to reach out for another project at the same address this year when they remodeled the exterior front porch, and rebuild an old balcony. The crew worked fast and did a great job. Adam was in contact often, as I live in another state. It turned out exactly as we were hoping. I will definitely hire them again when we are ready to do some more work on the inside of the house. The team was able to replace all of our old lighting and hang our new swings. It's a great space, they helped our vision come to fruition!

We’re so happy we went with Adam and Gold Standard Builders for our new vinyl floors and removing popcorn ceiling. We had a time crunch and Adam started work very quickly and finished well within our time frame, even with a few changes we needed. Our pricing structure is fair and competitive. We do not pay sales commissions so we are able to be aggressive with our pricing. If you have an estimate on a similar job with the same scope of work, we will be able to meet or beat that price.

We will come out and give our customer a free estimate, explain the job scope in details and follow up with a written estimate. In the estimate the work will be explained in details and we can answer any questions our customer may have.
