- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We care about our customers a lot. We are a family owned business and we understand that we need to be flexible and affordable when it comes to pricing. We really try working around our customers budget. Our philosophy is to make as many families happy by helping them remodel their dream homes. We typically give anywhere between 5%-10% off to new customers, no matter how big or small the job is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, the daughter of the contractor will get in contact with potential customer and she will ask several questions, such as: are you a homeowner, what type of job would you like to get done, and what day and time is a good time for the contractor to come over and give a FREE estimate. Then the contractor goes to the potential new customer's house- gives an estimate, and then he takes it from there. It is a very hassle-free process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The contractor's best friend introduced him to this field. He saw many happy customers and beautiful homes- and he was hooked. He loves what he does, and it is a pleasure to work with such satisfied customers.
