- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each clients is different and every project has specific set of requirements, that is why we dedicate a project manager to each client that stays onboard from start to finish. The design build process is an integrated approach that combines the design and construction phases under one roof. The advantage to homeowners is there is a single point of responsibility with a single design team overseeing the entire project. This simplifies communication and minimizes potential misunderstandings to ensure a smoother project progression from concept to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder is classically trained in Architecture, Construction and Business Management and brings a diverse expertise to keep our projects on track and running smooth. Our team consists of experts in their field from architecture design, framing, finish work and landscaping we can bring your home improvement dreams to life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1994 we had a vision of creating and improving homes in Southern California through custom home design. In living through the Northridge earthquake and seeing the devastation around us and all those homeowners losing what they have worked for their entire life, gave us the power to rebuild their dreams. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Founder Maurice Abikzer followed his father’s path, whose vision was always to see his clients have that smile on their face after seeing their custom home design projects completed with success.
