- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we scheduled the meeting, the technician will come to the client’s house, detect the problem and will give the client the exact description of the problem. After that, he will explain to the client his options, they will decide on the price and most of the problems will be fixed on the spot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each new employee going through 8 weeks of training before he is going by himself.
