- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary based on services offered and the duration of each visit. I provide detailed pricing information upfront. I offer discounts for long-term commitments, such as weekly or monthly packages. There may be additional fees for special requests, such as administering medication or handling multiple pets. During peak times, such as holidays, there may be a slight increase in rates due to higher demand. I accept various payment methods for convenience, including cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a meet-and-greet where we can discuss your pet’s needs, routine, and any specific requirements. This is also a great opportunity for your pet to meet me and get comfortable. I will collect important details, such as feeding schedules, medical needs, and any behavioral quirks. I also ask about your preferences for communication and updates while you are away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained practical experience through volunteering at local animal shelters, where I learned about proper care, socialization, and handling various temperaments. I have also worked for Wag! For 7 years. This combination of hands-on experience helps me provide the best care for pets in my services.
