The contractor was outstanding throughout my remodeling project. He was incredibly thorough, meeting with me multiple times to provide a detailed proposal. His communication was clear, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way. Unlike many contractors who do the bare minimum and take longer than promised, this contractor stood out with professionalism and reliability.
Although I didn’t end up choosing him for our investment property due to a personal reference, I now wish I had. The contractor I selected ended up taking twice as long and going over budget due to poor time management and unforeseen issues. In contrast, the careful analysis and approach provided by the initial contractor gave me confidence that the project would have been completed on time and within budget.
During the remodel, which included new floors, paint, lighting fixtures, closets, and carpets, the contractor was always there to ensure everything was on track.
