UG Appliance responded almost instantly to my dishwasher repair request. Within an hour a technician was at my house and handling the problem. Technician was Tom, he was wonderful, worked efficiently and was able to troubleshoot more than 1 issue while solving the problem. Job was complete in less than an hour and my dishwasher runs better than it did before. Will definitely be using them again
