I recently had an issue with my gas oven that wouldn't heat properly, and I’m so glad I chose to go with Proper Repairs for the repair. The process began smoothly with their customer service team. I called them for a diagnostic check, and the staff was polite, professional, and eager to help. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which was a huge relief since I rely on my oven daily. The technician, Gio, arrived on time and was extremely courteous. He immediately began assessing the issue. Gio quickly identified that the Igniter was faulty, which was preventing the oven from reaching the correct temperature. ohn had the necessary parts on hand, which was impressive, so he was able to fix the issue right away. He replaced the faulty igniter and recalibrated the oven to ensure it was working properly. The whole process took about 60 minutes, and I could tell GIo was very experienced with oven repairs. He took the time to test the oven after the repair to make sure everything was functioning properly.The oven is now working better than ever, and I will definitely be using Proper Repairs again for any future appliance repairs and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.
