This was work to be done at our home so we were critical about which company to choose. Following the first sight visit, it became very clear to us that Creative Environments really understood what we wanted. Everyone that we encountered in the process, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to deliver the exceptional landscaping that we hoped for. The design team was diligent in the development of the site plan and planting materials. I was particularly surprised at how professional the installation crew was on our project. The installation crew spotted some things on our property that we were not aware of. The installation crew moved quickly to address the issues and helped to improve the final design. We were very impressed with how everyone in the company was very concerned about our schedule and satisfaction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is detailed and we are strict about sticking to our bids. A consultation is always free and because we do design and installation on many of our projects we are able to work with the client throughout the entire process to ensure their budget is respected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free consultation for design, installation or both. We offer design services but we also work with landscape architects throughout the bay area to bring their designs to life. If a client has a designer or architect they prefer or they already have plans we will happily work with all involved to come up with a cost estimate and install their design.

Our customers range from average homeowners looking to create a beautiful space.
