We have 30 years experience in all phases of construction We recycle as much waste as possible ,and try to use environmentally friendly products . wood and metal framing experience ! My family has used Siers Construction for all of our family's remodeling needs for close to 20 years. At first we used him for smaller projects such as installing crown molding and deck renovations and were so pleased with his craftsmanship that we went on to hire him to do a room addition and bathrooms at our Sonoma County home. He also totally remodeled our home in Saratoga, California. His skills and creativity were outstanding to the extent that we did not need to hire an architect for the interior design. Jim Siers has great vision and the skills with which to get the job done with wonderful results. He has always exceeded our expectations.

Siers worked on our house recently. It was a big job and a lot of money. He talked it up well so we hired him. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE !!!! Hire him if you love psychodrama. Once he was paid for most of the job, he became impossible to work with and then abandoned the job without finishing.

We did not abandon anything!! They owe 6500 and don't want to pay until they can milk us for every dime on extra work that is not in our contract! he is an attorney that likes to sue people ,including the contractor before me he makes scope creeping a practice & is good at it ! This is going to arbitration per contract And I had to use my funds to retain an attorney! We have had the pleasure of working with Siers Construction over the past 9 months. The remodel of our house in Petaluma is finishing beautifully. Jim Siers is competent, creative, meticulous and pleasant. His foreman, David, is excellent as is their crew. Their attention to detail, work product and flexibility has been excellent.
