FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range depending on the date, length of service required, and the location of your party. I am not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but I am an excellent value. Because I've been face painting for over ten years, I can paint quickly, while maintaining the "wow" factor. No one wants to spend the party waiting in line! I'm also very reliable and professional. Discounts are available for bookings of more than 2 hours, and for non-profits. Please email, text or call. Ask about my silly kid's comedy show!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After customers contact me by email, text, or phone, I let them know pricing right away. I keep my calendar updated on Thumbtack, so if your date isn't blocked out, I'm available. Once the quote is accepted, I ask for party details including address, phone number, guest of honor's name, etc. I send a confirmation email. I'll confirm again the week of the party. Payment is due on the day of the event. Time for painting fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied with the rock stars of face painting including Mark Reid, Marcela Bustamante, Lisa Joy Young, Annie Reynolds and more...I'm always practicing and adding new designs to my repertoire. A natural clown, I've also trained in improvisational theater. I've been in numerous Improv troupes including BATS Sunday players. I've implemented extra protocols for hygiene based on those of professional makeup artists.
