Hello! I am a Personal Trainer from London, UK, with over 20 years of experience in fitness and exercise science. I passionately help individuals to understand and apply fitness and nutritional practices to their every day life. I train clients at a quiet, well equipped gym I have access to here in Seal Beach. If at a client preferred location there maybe an increase in price depending on distance. I’ve worked with a range of clients from all ages and walks of life, from adolescents to the elderly, to become fit and healthy. Arya’s approach to training is fun, creative and dynamic. His extensive knowledge in weight training and all other areas of fitness is really impressive. Arya also has a very charming British accent and a great sense of humour! I look forward to our sessions every week, and although I’m currently having just one session per week due to my workload I intend to increase it to two as soon as I have more time. I highly recommend Arya as a trainer if you want to make drastic progress in your health and wellbeing in a short period of time.

Since after just 4 months of working with Arya I've seen more results than in years of going to the gym by myself. He has set out a flexible and inclusive, yet consistent and focused, nutrition plan, also providing an efficient platform to track and follow. I get training routines that are updated and changed according to my progress, work/life load, and hitting bench marks. He’s very good at adapting to how I feel on that particular week and gives me words of motivation and encouragement when I need it. I know how much progress I make, as through different methods and techniques of tracking body composition changes, supplying proof that everything is improving. Arya has a wealth of knowledge in the science of exercise and in terms of eat for performance and results.
