Normally, Sherlock is very skittish towards new people. This time wasn't an exception, but what was different was watching Dory and her assistant sit down with us outside of the van. They wanted to give Sherlock time to get to know them and be comfortable with them before starting. It took about ten minutes before we decided he was okay enough to get him into the van. More than an hour later, he looked GREAT! But the most important thing to me was that he was happy. He even tried to go back into the van, and he never does that! When I took him back to the house, his tail was wagging and he was happy and relaxed. Thank you so much Dory! I can't wait for next time!
