I did not get the work done as Shimon told me that I could get it done from a handyman that will be cheaper as I did not have the rodent activity but he gave me everything needed to tell my HOA how to get the attic taken care of. Very nice guy and super helpful

Shimon has been a savior! He works diligently to find entry points for pests and seals them, setting traps and a camera to keep an eye on their activity where they gather. Once a few are trapped, he’ll schedule a time to remove them, and checking for any other entry points that may have been overlooked. It’s a good amount of time from start to finish to ensure as many are removed as possible, but Shimon is flexible and diligent on ridding the pests for the long term. Positive experience all around!

He was very quick in response and clear with his communication! The entire process took a day and a half. We called him up and told him about the job and came out the very next morning. He also went above and beyond and sealed up all the small areas outside the house to make sure no more animals would get in anymore.
