Mr. Shimon has responded within minutes of my request & gave me an appointment at the earliest available! He was punctual and carefully & thoroughly inspected the house inside out! I was very impressed of how professional he was at his work. He’d explain clearly to me how he’d tackle the rodent problem that I have! Mr. Shimon also gave me a very reasonable & quite detailed estimate of the project within a few hours of the inspection! I commend him for his professionalism at his work!

I did not get the work done as Shimon told me that I could get it done from a handyman that will be cheaper as I did not have the rodent activity but he gave me everything needed to tell my HOA how to get the attic taken care of. Very nice guy and super helpful

Shimon has been a savior! He works diligently to find entry points for pests and seals them, setting traps and a camera to keep an eye on their activity where they gather. Once a few are trapped, he’ll schedule a time to remove them, and checking for any other entry points that may have been overlooked. It’s a good amount of time from start to finish to ensure as many are removed as possible, but Shimon is flexible and diligent on ridding the pests for the long term. Positive experience all around!

My only frustration with Shimon was his lack of punctuality. Other than that, he did excellent work and I would recommend him highly. He found and closed holes and potential entry points all over our condo, and we are much happier and calmer knowing that the rats are going to stay outside. Thank you, Shimon!
