- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do put out fixed rate quotes most times for most requests and after hours or Holiday time periods .....especially if its an emergency. I typically I come in lower than any other service for that particular situation . Its here that future service calls are made , as I always want to be the clients go-to guy. I do have a minimum 1 hour rate and can pro-rate hourly charges if requested !!!! Can always consult with me about costs and estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would say its kind of like opening a present ......you dont know whats inside but your Happy to be there and have the opportunity .....so your mindset and demeanor should reflect that. Sometimes folks are having a tough time and may be frustrated about the situation , so its here that patience and understanding are really important in order to reassure the customer that all will be done to sort out and remedy the issue at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do review tech updates for Plumbing fixtures and materials.
