i worked with brian rose on my stair railing remodeling project. he is very knowledgable and had a lot of good ideas on the remodeling. during the initial appointment, he was very detailed, was able to capture lots of details on the staircase, and recommended treatment to make the railing system look the best and secure. he was patient, explaining how it will look after the work is done, and what will he be doing with illustrative pictures and some drawings. we absolutely love the end result he delivered, or even better than we thought. it is beautiful! he is also very professional. he successfully delivered the project within the time frame we negotiated. the pricing is also very reasonable and definitely a good value!

We wanted to replace our very old iron railing on our stairs with custom railing of both iron and wood. From the moment we contacted the company, to receiving the estimate, and then the work itself (all done by Brian specifically), the total project took about a week! Our stairs were out with the old and in with the new in just 2 days! Brian did a fantastic job with his woodwork on the stairs, as well as valued and listened to our goals. What impressed us the most was not only the quality of his work, but his professionalism! We've hired many workers on our home in the past, and Brian was the ONLY one who would keep everything around his work area clean and neat and would actually clean up ALL areas before leaving the job each visit! That was a HUGE plus for us. We can't thank Brian at Aloha Handrails enough and definitely recommend this company to everyone!
