FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I hate charging fees as a rule of thumb, I’ll never nickel and dime anyone, however clients should also take into account overhead notaries have when using a platform. It’s certainly isn’t free. I don’t know about other notaries, but my clients know that every three notarized documents I complete for you. The fourth is done and no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Professional but casual. I usually work in a suit and tie, however, as a mobile notary, this is not always functional. You may catch me wearing a shirt with no tie. ;). I’ve got I don’t know about you, but I rather work with someone I enjoy working with and supporting then working with someone with zero personality. I like individuals who are smart easy to open up and speak with knowing that I can trust them when it comes time to take care of business. Call me a Causal Professional. Casual to interact with, however coming from a insurance background the last thing I’m casual about is making sure that I am performing the task. I’m therefore precisely accurately and correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of UCSB class of 2011, experienced licensed Insurance Broker with the following qualifications Property,Casualty , Life, Accident and health insurance. Where I had many opportunities to notarize and learn 2 trades simultaneously.
