FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s concerns and asking questions to get a clear picture of the issue. If necessary, I’ll inspect the area and explain the possible solutions, giving an upfront estimate. Once we agree on the plan, I work efficiently to complete the job while keeping the customer informed along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in plumbing, including pipe installation, water heater repair, and leak detection. My experience in handyman work has also given me a broad skill set for home repairs, from fixture replacements to small carpentry projects. I stay up to date with building codes and best practices to ensure my work is top quality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been a hands-on problem solver. I started out helping family and friends with small repairs, then got into plumbing professionally, learning the trade through hands-on experience and training. Over time, I expanded into handyman work as well, since many plumbing jobs involve related repairs like drywall patching or fixture installations.
