Tom (and his colleague) were very punctual, pleasant, professional and efficient in completing the tasks for which Plumbing Pure was engaged. The work done (replacing an old toilet, installing a PRV, and various fixture repairs) all seem to be working well and everything seems in good order/working well. Work was done in the time span indicated and at cost provided in estimate. Great post work clean up as well. It was like they were never here.

Tom repaired my shower head and was very professional and kind. It took 2 separate trips to get the issue resolved (he didn’t charge extra) and it was very easy to find time with him quickly. Will definitely work with him again!
