It was a true pleasure working with Tom from Plumbing Pure, and we would hire him again, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest plumber. After Tom was unable to find the parts needed to fix our leaky shower at any local plumbing supply stores, Tom told us exactly what parts to order online. After the parts were delivered to our house Tom returned the next day to finish the job and did not charge us until the work was finished. There was also no extra charge for him needing to return to our house for the second visit. During his first visit to our house, Tom also trouble shot an issue we were having with our kitchen faucet, which caused us to order a new kitchen faucet. Tom installed the new kitchen faucet when he came to back fix our shower, and since there was no initial travel time for installing the kitchen faucet the fee for the installation was very reasonable. We've have hired many plumbers over the years and Tom is a rare find.

I found Tom through Nextdoor app which brought me over to Thumbtack. I had spoken with two other plumbers, both recommended and neither very interested in unclogging our sink. After assessing the situation, Tom said he could be here in 2 to 3 hours and quoted me 2 specific prices. He was here in 2 hours. Tom got here, did a thorough walkthrough and then got to work. He walked me through his process as he worked. He kept everything clean and worked methodically to get through the issue. I asked him about some water heater maintenance issues and he went to the basement with me and gave me several practical things to do. He also said would follow up with a proposal to make some minor fixes at another time. He sent 2 proposals within an hour of leaving. I was incredibly impressed with this guy. Happy to recommend him.
