- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job not by the hour. All prices are upfront before work is done. We give free estimates and we prefer a visual inspection of work to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and set up a convenient time window for customer. We call when the technician is on his way. I show up in that time frame, professional, and ready to assess the job. I will offer multiple options on repair or replace. No work is done until customer signs and okays for work to be performed. All pricing is upfront so there are no surprises, i charge by the job not the hour. Work area is cleaned up to customer satisfaction. I go over work that was performed to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

20 years of plumbing experience, multiple certifications, all aspects of residential plumbing.
