The Hardest part about losing weight or getting back into shape is getting started. If you are reading this you are on the right track! Whether you choose me or another trainer just remember that consistency is key. Keep being active in your life whether it is in a gym or somewhere else. Find an activity that you enjoy! My mission is to help others live a healthier lifestyle! My journey started when I signed up for some group classes at a gym. I was overweight and had trouble with my diet. I was hesitant at first but decided to try it out anyways. After the first class I fell in love with the gym and having a trainer guide you through a workout. After 2 years of classes I lost 40 lbs and was in the best shape of my life! This inspired me to become a personal trainer. I have experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels! Whether it's weight loss, sports training, Injury prevention, or strength training I will provide you with a unique training schedule to fit your needs. My workout routines are all about teaching proper form and focusing on technique so that we are targeting the right muscles and also preventing the risk of injury. Most injuries occur when people are not focusing on their form or trying to lift more weight then they can handle. I am also an OCR (Obstacle Course Race) specialist. I have completed over 25 Spartan Races. I teach a beginners class for OCR where we go over the basic obstacles and how to overcome them. A healthier lifestyle is achievable and I am here to keep you on the right track! So let's get started!

Great first training session, getting back into it after years of sedentary lifestyle. Eric is easing us in but we got plenty of upper and lower body workout and I’m feeling it.

I’ve had 5 personal training sessions with Eric so far and am definitely signing up for more! I’m already seeing results, and I enjoy the sessions. He changes things up every personal training session so you don’t get bored. Eric explains every exercise well and makes sure you are doing it correctly. Highly recommend!

My husband has knee and back issues; we hired Eric to help him get in shape despite these issues. The workouts they did looked so enjoyable and comfortably intense that I started joining in one of the sessions in the week. Eric’s workouts are so “issue” friendly, yet to so effective unknowingly (at the time), because we have so much fun during the workout, feel energized after, and pleasantly sore the next couple days after (for us, that gnawing soreness of past over-workouts will just not do). But we have just enough soreness to know it’s working! We already see changes in our bodies the short time we’ve been with Eric; I fit in a pair of shorts I previously couldn’t snap and cellulite has lessened on my abs and thighs, and my husband feels stronger and his clothes are already fitting better. Eric not only continues to help us physically, but since we’ve been training with him, we feel more motivated to eat right. We see Eric as not just a trainer who will be with us until we hit our “goals”, but the missing ingredient to a regular part of a healthy lifestyle who we don’t want to be without. We’ve tried to do it on our own, but just can’t.
