My mission is to help others live a healthier lifestyle! My journey started when I signed up for some group classes at a gym. I was overweight and had trouble with my diet. I was hesitant at first but decided to try it out anyways. After the first class I fell in love with the gym and having a trainer guide you through a workout. After 2 years of classes I lost 40 lbs and was in the best shape of my life! This inspired me to become a personal trainer.
I have experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels! Whether it's weight loss, sports training, Injury prevention, or strength training I will provide you with a unique training schedule to fit your needs.
My workout routines are all about teaching proper form and focusing on technique so that we are targeting the right muscles and also preventing the risk of injury. Most injuries occur when people are not focusing on their form or trying to lift more weight then they can handle.
I am also an OCR (Obstacle Course Race) specialist. I have completed over 25 Spartan Races. I teach a beginners class for OCR where we go over the basic obstacles and how to overcome them.
