Art is a true hidden handyman gem in San Diego. We hired him to repair our smoker. He is very knowledgeable and personable when explaining the problem and his approach to fix it. He was very efficient and thorough. We were impressed by his repair, down earthiness and professional that we requested additional services.

Art really came through for us and installed a side garage door as well as removed an old security door that was over our front door. He came on both a Saturday and Sunday and really helped us get to finish line before listing our house for sale. Art is professional and very easy to work with. I own 2 multi family properties in San Diego and contacted Art to install new kitchen countertops/sink, repaint some cabinets and repair some flooring in a vacant unit. Art did everything he could to keep it budget friendly and had OUTSTANDING communication throughout the process updating me at every step and sending pictures. His work and attention to detail were remarkable and he does it all with such an open and honest attitude that made me feel very secure with having chosen him. If youre looking for someone whom can achieve high quality workmanship and doesnt leave you in the dark during the process then look no further. I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

I hired Art to replace some old carpet in one of my rental units with vinyl plank flooring. From the very beginning his service was some of the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked with countless contractors over the years. His communication was especially good always checking and sending pics as the job came along. He was always early which is EXTREMELY rare as well. Upon inspection his work quality was by far the best I’ve had. I can’t say enough about Art and the way he conducts business, would definitely recommend to anyone seeking high quality work with punctuality and communication to match.
