The price varies due to the complexity of each return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I do a consultation to see what the job will intel. Second after I am hired for the job go over my policy and procedures Third I find out how quick the client wants the job done. I try not to have the work a one and done because some work may take research. And each job may be different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have my CTEC license to prepare income tax in California. I took an eight hour seminar for tax update and purchase materials to assist me in finding difficult issues. And I have purchased a tax preparer bond and have my PTIN (tax preparer identification number) issued by Internal Revenue Service each year after my continuing education is complete.
