- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and will work with most budgets, we have a variety of products to accommodate the project purpose and needs. Call us to get an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is usually a phone call to get some details about your project to make sure we can service your needs adequate. If we are a match for the services needed, we set up an in person appointment on on site with the owner of the property to discuss scope of work and pricing. We have a very fast turn around and can usually present your an estimate on site. We email you a copy of the bid via docusign and once you sign it we can schedule work very quickly. Financing options are available for those who may need it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed General B Contractor, our staff is LEED certified and our crews have supervising management with over 30 years of experience in construction. Our desire for efficiency and sustainability push us to offer continuous training to our staff to improve on building practices and leverage technology to save money and time.
