Lulu was very responsive when I reached out for a quote. She came the next day first thing (on a Saturday) in the morning and did a walk-through estimate for me and had time in her schedule to start cleaning for me the following Monday. She and her team showed up right on time and did an incredible job! My house required a deep cleaning for the first go round, and they went above and beyond! My house has not felt this clean in a really long time, as I was using another person and they did a below average job . So I was over the moon to find Lulu as she and her team really went all out getting my house in perfect shape. I am fairly particular, and Lulu went out of her way to make sure that everything was to my liking and reassured me that if anything weren’t to my liking, she would fix it immediately. I would definitely recommend her to any friends or family members and am grateful to have been able to hire her to clean my house going forward. Not only was she and her team excellent at what they do, but personable, friendly, and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her, and encourage you to do the same. I was looking for a deep move out professional cleaning and Lulu’s was not only the first to answer my request, but made an appointment to come and see what needed to be done. The property management had given me a checklist of what was required: Lulu’s took a pic of the list and assured me that they could do everything on the list. I also left the list on the kitchen counter for them. They arrived promptly and went to work. I came back and my apartment looked brand new. I was thrilled. The resident manager even complimented me on the job that was done and asked me the name of the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are not only first rate, they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the work is done to the customer’s satisfaction. I was pleased to receive my security deposit back: thanks to Lulu’s.

YOU MUST HIRE LULU. She has lightning-fast responsiveness, she came over the same evening for the walk through, and was punctual and friendly. I needed a thorough but not "move out" clean of my mother's vacant condo. Lulu got what I was after since the owners planned to remodel the unit. She and her sister were in-and-out in about 90-minutes with everything I asked for and a little more. Outstanding cleaner and a great person!
