- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flat rate. 55 dollars per page for a non certified translation 69 per page for certified translations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting in contact with client, whether in person or through phone. Ask the clients all the details of the project. Once we have agree in price and details of the work, I send the client a personalized quote. If the project is more than a week, at the end of the week, I send the client a progress report, which includes copies of the progress of the project. At the end of the project, I send the client the final work for revision. Once the client has reviewed the project and has approved it, I go ahead and send the invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience translating religious publications in different church that are bilingual in attendance and membership. As well as, simultaneous interpretation with in different types of presentations . I also have translated many articles for a Spanish magazine business. I have worked with immigration lawyers, general contractors.
