She came with her partner and they split the cleaning between them. She did her part quite well. But he did not vacuum at all. The carpets were left without vacuuming which we noticed after they left. My rating would have been higher if it hadn’t been for this fact.

I don't know why you say that because the job was done completely well, if you see it that way it's another thing, but we cleaned the carpets just as you asked, you were checking point by point at every moment, and at that time you didn't say anything, because until now, two weeks after having done the work, we did more work that was not included in the contract, you asked for many things to be done that were not included in the contract and in any case I charged you the same. I trust my work and I know my job, delicate person in all aspects, sorry, thanks anyway for that review you gave me.
