From the outset, Alexander demonstrated an exceptional commitment to quality and transparency. He handled the reflooring of my property with remarkable diligence and attention to detail. Unlike my past experiences, Alexander was refreshingly open about every step of the process, ensuring that there were no surprises along the way. His communication was clear and proactive, keeping me informed of any issues as they arose. A standout moment in his service was his approach to a challenge with the stair edging during the reflooring. The specific color of our new floor planks was rare, making it difficult to find a matching edge. Undeterred, Alexander visited several stores to explore options and, finding none, he crafted the edge himself by hand, ensuring a perfect match. This level of dedication and craftsmanship is rare and highly appreciated. He did not accomplish what was requested. I would never hire him again. I have already contacted Thumbtack for refund or may have to a chargeback with my credit card company. My Tennant called him friend to finish the job.
