Juan and David did a great job attending to several tasks on their visit. Juan is a very well rounded and talented trade person that keeps busy at the task at hand. He showed up on time and very organized with all tools and equipment needed in his well stocked utility truck. In no time they had resecured a shower stall frame with longer and more efficient screws and cleaned off and applied new clear sealant to look like brand new. Juan also was able to problem solve and fix our car top tent hoist in the garage that would not raise up as high as needed to stay out of way when not in use. Juan and David knocked these tasks out in our planned two hour time with time to spare so I asked if he would be free to clean our dryer vents that have very long runs under the house. Not only are the vent runs long there were a couple of sections that had separated and was blowing lint debris under the house and porch. The area under the front porch was not accessible from under the house so Juan was able to remove gently remove some plywood siding near the concrete porch to access and repair the disconnected dryer vent hose. While under there they filled small holes and cracks with steel wool and secured screening to deter any possible pest entry. When finished he sealed the access back up and screwed it off neat and tidy in case of future access needs in that area. Juan listened and attended to our construction needs, ideas and concerns and offered sound solutions to resolve the issue. We are a construction family and it was refreshing to have a professional here that was able to get after the tasks at hand in a focused and timely manner. It is apparent that Juan Sanchez is committed to successful outcomes with his clientele from the moment they roll up to the job site getting the tasks done RIGHT all the way through to cleaning up before they rolled out. We will definitely be getting on Juan's calendar soon for some other repair and preventative maintenance needs.

JS handyman services was exceptional. I highly recommend. They responded immediately and started right away. Juan could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. He went above and beyond. He did extra work after we reviewed and charged a reasonable amount where others often overcharge for any adorns. He was quick to finish. I am already speaking with JS about 2 more jobs. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.
