I found Julio on Thumbtack. He under promised and over delivered. the first action was to fix a non-functioning dining room recessed light. He traced it and discovered the wire was broken in the attic; He rewired it to completion. Impressed with his professionalism and work, I engaged him again, I needed to change a 100-to-220-volt circuit for my pool equipment upgrade. He came while the pool Tech was there and they with me discussed the work. The run was about 200 ft from the equipment to the panel He could not fish the wire though the conduit, there was a mystery junction box, He then ran conduit under the slab up the side of the house and through the attic , He then had to relocate the circuit breakers in the panel ,He had to buy the materials and gave me the receipt. We did all of this on a handshake. He kept me fully informed what he was doing and explained what he did at completion.

I hired Julio to install some lights and a fan in my living room ceiling, he was very helpful, very clean with his work. Cleaned after himself. He added a switch for the fan and another one for the lights, the price was reasonable and he was done the same day. I would definitely hire him again for any future electrical projects around my home.
